Sexual harassment in the workplace is making media headlines globally and the Australian Human Rights Commission has recently published an astonishing 1 in 4 women experiencing sexual harassment in the workplace, and of that 55% of these cases actually didn’t stop after a complaint or report was made.

Everyone has a story about sexual harassment and maybe you’ve experienced it yourself. Aurora focus is on the the many effects on your workplace and building a positive culture, where everyone’s voice is valued.

Aurora brings her wealth of experience through her interactive workshops engaging and dynamically changing perspectives and your teams to achieve a stronger workplace.

Unlike most preventative training, which merely presents online videos and a tick-box approach, Diversity Australia uses experiential learning exercises designed to get everyone on their feet as they collaborate for change. Instead of generalised presentations focused on avoiding litigation, your team will actually practice skills of collaboration, respect, inclusivity and diversity.
